It is now five years since my husband died in St Peter & St James Hospice. I remember with gratitude the great support, capability and kindness shown by Sam Horley when she visited John and I at home. One of her colleagues managed his admission to the Hospice within one hour when a crisis came at home, and I was able to stay with him until he died, nine days later. Thank you for your care.
